Presentation: Difficulty eating and persistent vomiting for over a year due to gastric outlet obstruction (Goo) – Endoscopy confirmed GOO
MRI / CT scan – annular pancreas (pancreas forms a ring around the intestine. Very rare. Incidence 3 in 20,000 to 3 in 1000 across studies Chronic pancreatitis with head mass
MARKERS – High CA 19-9, Elevated bilirubin (3.5)

Endoscopic treatment (non-surgical) was not possible (2 medical gastro opinions)
